From Burnout to Balance: A Naturopathic Reset for the Nervous System

Modern life places ongoing demands on our time, attention and energy. Many people find themselves living in a state of persistent stress activation – feeling wired yet exhausted, mentally overstimulated yet physically depleted. Over time, this can influence mood, sleep, immunity, digestion and overall resilience.
Through practical Naturopathic education, Nadine will explore the physiology of burnout and chronic stress, alongside simple, evidence-informed strategies to help restore balance in daily life. The afternoon will conclude with a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga practice aligned with the winter season and the Kidney and Bladder meridians, supporting parasympathetic activation, grounding and deep rest.
